Heating for Churches is a Tansun initiative. This policy explains what data we collect when you use this site and how we handle it.

What we collect

Enquiry form. When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, postcode and the building details you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask, to introduce you to an installer.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual visitors. No personal data is collected by analytics.

Bot protection. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions. Turnstile does not use cookies for tracking and does not collect personal data beyond what is needed for the challenge.

How we use your data

Enquiry data is used to prepare a heating proposal for your building and to reply to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. If you ask for an installer introduction, we share your name, email and postcode with a suitable installer so they can contact you.

Where data is stored

Enquiry submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the UK/EU. We retain enquiry data for as long as it is needed to service your request and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Email us at the address on the contact page or write to the postal address there.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always at this address.
